Concept
Because we in our concept aim to be overall supplier, this of cause includes a closer collaboration with the customer, where a day-to-day contact with the customer can be necessary.

We arrange among other things for the following aftercare:
Degreasing - Electro polishing - Packing and labeling (also special according to customer desire) - Gilding - Nickel-plating - Silver-plating - Tinning - Glassblasting - Shot Peening - Lacquer - Sandblasting - Vibration burr and fin removal.

Stock
We gladly stock springs for key customers for rapid portion delivery, because it can be disastrous to have a standstill in the production for some customers.

Report of measuring
We will perform a great deal of measuring during the production, with our Nikon Profile Projector and Mecmecin-dynamometer, to secure that the production run as planned. The Projector is directly connected to a computer, which will gather the measured data.
If the customer desires, we will gladly draw up a SPC report to ensure the traceability of each individual batch. We can then store the report or deliver it with the batch.

When the batch returns for instance subsequent to aftercare a spot test will be taken to ensure that the specific demands are still correct.
