Madsens Fjedrefabrik was founded on June 5th 1997 as a sole ownership. Right from the start the company invested in modern machinery combined, with highly skilled employees with many years of experience in the production of industrial springs, where the customer demands a high level of quality.

Our know-how and great flexibility allow us to satisfy even the most exacting customers with uniformed quality and reliable delivery. With our current machinery we have the capacity to produce 450 million springs annually. We work in accordance with the rules of ISO 9001:2000 quality management standard. Our measuring equipment consists of (where a vernier gauge is not sufficiently precise) a Nikon Profile Projector for non-touch optical measurement with associated software for gathering SPC data.

We currently supply springs to a wide range of customers within the electronics (e.g. mobile phones and hearing aids), pharmaceutical, plastics and automobile industries.

Our objective is to become the preferred collaborator in terms of close co-operation, short delivery time and quality on time. Not only are our prices lower, we are also better.

The quality handbook is displayed at our company for customers who take an interest in inspecting it!

Our spring factory is relative small and we primarily produce wire springs.
We possess a modern machinery and we will claim that we are better, when it comes to price, delivery time, quality and whether it is small or big batches etc.

Our forte is especially very short and precise delivery times, and in a more profound collaboration with the customer, we will always have a given or prearranged number of springs produced at our stock for a quick remedy - and of course without expense to you - 'Just In Time'

We produce springs in all known common types and qualities of wire and we are very skilful in the dimension ø0.1 - ø2.5 mm.

We produce the springs at the company and states clearly if we do not cope the task. We do not purchase from other spring suppliers and thereby increase the cost, unless this is prearranged with the customer.
We are also available for any spring calculations.
